I purchased my first Cambry in 2011 and had a very positive experience at that time I am a customer with Scarborough Toyota since the last four years. I purchased my first Cambry in 2011 and had a very positive experience at that time with the sales person, who unfortunately is not working there anymore. I met Obaid Syed for my second car purchase and was able to make a deal in my first visit last week. Obaid is very pleasant to deal with and assisted me to make the right decision. Though he is a sales person and his job is to sale, but he was selling me the ideas and not the product. Such warmth and genuine professionalism is not very common; he kept his priorities straight! Obaid has a pleasant personality and he responded to all of my questions with his knowledge. I was debating whether to lease or purchase the next car and Obaid assisted me in making the right decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and and particularly Mr. Obaid. When the car was being delivered, Obaid explained to me in details various features and he wanted me to be sure that I was comfortable with all of the new features in the car. He even reminded me to get my cash back even though I have forgotton. He was not able to provide me with some of the other items that I wanted, but he tried and I appreciate all of the time and efforts.
