When it came to deciding between two used vans, she helped us to understand the pros and cons of each vehicle. The other people we worked with in then dealership were all polite and helpful, including the service department, who made sure that they checked out the van we bought carefully and did all necessary work to give us a vehicle in top working order. An excellent experience, and a wonderful contrast to the high pressure salespeople we encountered at other dealerships. More
