I wasn't really going to get a new vehicle this early in the year, however, because of Pauline's welcoming demeanour, professionalism, knowledge of the products and services, personalized service, and patience (she reminds you of stuff like a big sister), I made a big decision to retire my Honda Accord and get a Toyota RAV4. As a sales person myself, I felt that Pauline broke the ice early and was not pushy. She was supportive and made suggestions based on my needs. I couldn't wait for the Canadian International AutoShow to commence to check and see if there were special offers at the site by Toyota. I guess I purchased the vehicle in time for Valentine's Day, a special treat for my wife as I drove her to an appointment downtown in a brand-new car.
