This review is about the service department. I went for a seasonal tire changed on 21/04/2025, and the service especialist Phillip said it will take maximum 30 mins. Tires were on rims so nither did I expect that the work will take more than 30 mins. After two hours waiting, I decided to complain with Phillip, only then he went and checked what happened. After he cameback from the service bay I got my car in less than 15 mins which means the car was seatting some where waiting for the technicians to do their job. Phillip was very kind but only when I reach to him, he decide to follow up and see what happened with the order. This was my first and my last visit to Scarborough Toyota to service my car. Mansour was highly professional from the moment we met through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first dri through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first drive of the car the interiors filled with toxic chemical fumes requiring us to open all of the windows mid drive and then eventually exit the vehicle ( unplanned). The fumes caused my son to vomit. This is a reoccurring issue after a 15min highway drive followed by driving in city traffic. The Service department questioned the gas used - the issue started with the gas provided by the dealership. The Service department said they would note the issue but effectively did nothing and said it’s likely the coating in the exhaust system and it was dissipate over time. If part of purchasing an 88K Toyota is that for the first 750+KM of driving you need to drive with the windows and sun roof open because of the toxic fumes - that should be declared upfront in the brochures and sales materials. Anyway, during the work period my product advisor, Kirolos Toma has been super helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions, texts, calls, all of it. I give him 5/5 stars, great, helpful and funny man! My financial manager, Ms. Zara has been super kind and helpful too. So if you do end up at Scarborough, look for Mr.Toma, it'll make your experience that much easier and overall better. More

They change statements for car delivery ask you to choose color to get you fast delivery which they can't fulfill. Rather than sympathize or finding solutions for customers situation they told me that I'm harassing their employees by asking questions. Never expected this reputable brand like Toyota. I would never recommend this dealership. They approve finance for non eligible files without customers consent. This dealership has low standards. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy car from this dealership. More
