I bought a brand new 2024 Sienna Limited in October 2024. On January 14, I brought my van for the first-ever service and was greeted by Philip. My appointment time was at 10 am. However, he said my car won't be in the bay till late afternoon! So what's the point of calling for an appointment? Also, I don't feel any warm welcome at all to what he responded to my concerns! Worst dealership I have ever been to. Awful customer service. They don't clear terms and conditions before buying car. Don't book your car in advance. Make sure don't put your deposit more than $250, if you put more deposit you had to lose your deposit if things doesn't go as planned. They change statements for car delivery ask you to choose color to get you fast delivery which they can't fulfill. Rather than sympathize or finding solutions for customers situation they told me that I'm harassing their employees by asking questions. Never expected this reputable brand like Toyota. I would never recommend this dealership. They approve finance for non eligible files without customers consent. This dealership has low standards. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy car from this dealership. More
REVIEW ABOUT RASHAD HA (MANAGER) AND NAVEED HUDA (SERVICE ADVISOR) ALSO THEY CHARGE BY CARS WORKED ON AND NOT BY AN HOURLY RATE SO THEY’RE HUNGRY FOR YOU TO FIX YOUR CARS AND THAT’S WHY SERVICE NEVER RESO ADVISOR) ALSO THEY CHARGE BY CARS WORKED ON AND NOT BY AN HOURLY RATE SO THEY’RE HUNGRY FOR YOU TO FIX YOUR CARS AND THAT’S WHY SERVICE NEVER RESOLVES ANY OF YOUR ISSUES! THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK! This location is the absolute worse. I came back to this location because it was closer to me since I moved back home. I’ve been to this location to service my car 5 times this year only since it’s been dying CONSISTENTLY and all they do is keep testing the battery and saying “it’s okay” rather than actually looking into other possible reasons why the battery could be dying and why my car’s needed a boost so often. They kept my car a couple nights over night just to turn on and off and wait for it to die instead of it actually being worked on and looked after. Fifth visit, I specifically asked the manager why the same issue keeps happening and why each visit, they couldn’t tell me anything about the situation, all that was told to me was, “we don’t know why it’s happening.” I specifically asked for the manager the fifth time, again, and once I got there the manager DISMISSED ME and just told the service advisor over the phone to say “tell her we’re just going to a diagnostic this time and charge her.” 5 times, same issue, no resolution. They’re all ok here because while people are cutting work and work hours to try and get the situation resolved that never gets resolved because no one here seems to care to do their job properly. I came back twice in April for the same issue and not once could anyone tell me what was wrong. All their resolution was, “we didn’t charge you for the diagnostics.” Well, thank you?? I mean, it would suck id you charged me $340+tax for an issue they couldn’t and STILL CAN’T resolve. I had friends that worked here too and they were giving me all the details about this place which were basically warnings to avoid this place at all times since the service advisors and manager I dealt with, aren’t educated in this sector. Just got their positions and promotions through knowing mutual people. Save yourself some time. Go to Yorkdale Toyota or Markville Toyota. More

He said, "If you are not selling your car to us, we are not selling to you." I can only get an RAV4 Hybrid in a month if you sell your car to us. Otherwise, you have to wait for 3/4 months.
