I called the dealer at 2:00 pm on Thursday and asked if they could do an oil/filter change on my car at 3:00 pm, to which the response was “sure”. When I arrived on time, the first thing the service rep sa they could do an oil/filter change on my car at 3:00 pm, to which the response was “sure”. When I arrived on time, the first thing the service rep said was that “it would take fifty to sixty minutes” which I assumed was the time needed to look after my car. I went to the waiting room only to see my vehicle still sitting in the reception bay 35 minutes later. Apparently the fifty to sixty minutes were before my car would be attended to! Why give me an appointment for 3:00 pm when there was no intention of doing the oil change until 4:00? The answer is they shouldn’t have done this, but apparently it’s normal practice! Being short on time I left without the oil change☹️ More
