We ordered a Subaru Forrester 2023 in Nov 2022 and were told it would be about 7 months for delivery but hopefully would arrive sooner. After we reached out to ask where the vehicle was he came back and said it would probably be September or October now. Apparently he was not planning on calling us or telling us at all about this change. When we expressed our concerns about the extended delay without warning he empathized and suggested we should consider how bad the delays must be for him since he can't collect on his commission until the vehicles arrive and that his family members also are waiting for vehicles.
