Our Purchase While shopping for a car my wife and I visited several dealerships, I had purchased a van many years ago from SMP and was happy with the service back While shopping for a car my wife and I visited several dealerships, I had purchased a van many years ago from SMP and was happy with the service back then, so we decided to stop by and were approached by Dan Barrett, My wife and I described our needs and price range to Dan and he walked around the dealership showing cars that met our criteria and needs, when we found an car that suited us he came with us on a test drive and gave us a rundown on the features of the car and answered all of our questions with out rushing and took the time to make sure we were fully informed on what we were buying. When we purchased the car and were dealing with Kelly, we found him very pleasant to deal with and also took the time to explain all the details and options we had in regards to extended warranty. When picking up our car Jami and Taryn explained how the features worked and set up our On Star for us and also answered any questions we had with out rushing I was very impressed with the knowledge and the easy approach of you staff that made the purchase of our car a pleasant experience More

Ben Roberts sold us a great truck . After visiting countless dealerships we walked into SMP were fortunately greeted by a smiling Ben Roberts , When I first the sold us a great truck . After visiting countless dealerships we walked into SMP were fortunately greeted by a smiling Ben Roberts , When I first the dealership I was unsure what I needed and availability in a half ton . I basically outlined what I needed in a truck . Ben was very knowledgeable , helpful and very patient .as we slowly put a truck together , Then Ben did a search and explained details of the trucks .Thanks to Ben we found the truck that was right for us . He always had a smile on his face and made lots of time to serve us . He was genuinely concerned that we had the right truck and very accommodating .He helped us with add on and after market items . He helped us get good value for our dollar . He spent several hours going over the electronics and the workings of the truck to make sure we were comfortable with its operations . After purchasing the truck we realized how valuable Ben's knowledge and customer commitment was to us and in the end it was because of Ben Roberts why we purchased from SMP . New truck purchase Kelly and I did this entire deal over the phone and by email, except for the pickup. I ended up having to do a factory order because of the specifics I wanted on my truck, although they did have a vast selection on their lot. Kelly seems like a good guy with no xxxxxxxxxxxx which I really respect, and he also gave me a sweet deal. 2014 Chevy Silverado (my first new truck) While the truck pretty much sells itself, the staff at SMP were very knowledgeable about their product. While this is our very first NEW truck, they While the truck pretty much sells itself, the staff at SMP were very knowledgeable about their product. While this is our very first NEW truck, they were helpful in providing information to prove to us that now was the time to buy new. They understood our needs and did not try to sell us more then we needed. It was a fun and stress free experience for us. They shared personal experiences like they have known us for years (Stan I like my steaks medium rare). Kelly was great to work with and really work hard to get us a good deal. Plus came in on a day off the finalize the deal (showing his dedication to our happiness). Would like to see pics of his up coming fishing trip. Mike really worked to help us understand the financial side. This man has a strong background in the whole process (watch out Stan your job may be at risk here). He is currently restoring an old Apache, and loves to talk about it, as well as what else is going on in his life. More
