Love this Dealership My husband and I purchased a 2007 equinox back in 2007 and decided this year it was time to trade it in on a newer vehicle. We visited the dealer shi My husband and I purchased a 2007 equinox back in 2007 and decided this year it was time to trade it in on a newer vehicle. We visited the dealer ship on Saturday, June 7 to take a look. We were greeted by staff with a smile and were asked how we could be helped. We asked to speak with Ben Roberts as we knew him from previous. Ben was happy to assist us in looking around but since he had a previous engagement he asked Dan Barrett to take over. After test driving a 2014 equinox we decided that we'd like to take it over the weekend and Dan approved this for us. After returning to the dealership on Monday we decided this would be the vehicle for us. We then met with Kelly Hewitt to go over financing options and added warranty. I returned on Tuesday to pick up my vehicle and was greeted by Ben and Dan. Signed papers with Kelly and then had my picture taken with Ben and Dan. Ben went over all of the features of the on star, navigation system, truck opening, stabilitrak, etc, etc, etc. never did I feel rushed or pressured into purchasing or rushing through the orientation. In fact, when I said to Ben this takes a long time, he smiled and said "we want you to be happy" and we're available when you need us. This was also proven by Dan and Kelly on Monday evening as they both stayed until almost 7pm. My hand is still warm from all the handshakes and congratulations I received when I returned on Tuesday to pick up my new vehicle! All in all I would highly recommend this dealership and the salespeople as they make you feel like family! More

Buying my 2013 Equinox.........A fun time. I went to Ben to purchase my new Equinox. He found me a 2013 that suit my needs perfectly. The next day when I went to pick it up Nicole was very pat I went to Ben to purchase my new Equinox. He found me a 2013 that suit my needs perfectly. The next day when I went to pick it up Nicole was very patient when going thorough the technical information (I am not a techie). Helped me out - 2011 GMC Sierra I walked into SMP with no intention to buy. Patrick took me to his office and discussed with me what I was looking for. He got a couple vehicles line I walked into SMP with no intention to buy. Patrick took me to his office and discussed with me what I was looking for. He got a couple vehicles lined up for me to look at and the first one was a solid choice. Took it for a ride, he informed me of all the features and history of the vehicle. When it came down to the actual purchase of the vehicle he was very understanding of my situation. He bent on the price a little to help me out, as well as gave me a decent price for my vehicle i was trading in (a little lower then expected but was understandable). Overall it was a great experience dealing with Patrick and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle as he found me a vehicle when I had no interest in buying from the start. customer service I went into another dealership looking for a truck. I thought I had got the best deal I could. While getting my fiances in order I stopped at SMP to s I went into another dealership looking for a truck. I thought I had got the best deal I could. While getting my fiances in order I stopped at SMP to see if what they had to offer. I was greeted in the parking lot within minutes. They said they could get me into a new truck cheaper then the competitor. They found the truck I wanted but in the time it took me to say yes it was sold. My salesman Patrick worked very hard to find me another truck and when we couldn't find the same one he got me into a even nicer truck for the same amount. I was very pleased with the service and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

When looking for a new truck I hit a number of dealers in the area - new and used - and Ben was by far the best. He did his homework and really worked to get me into something I was not just happy with, but ecstatic about. He researched all of the items on my needs AND wants list, and found me something in a payment range I was comfortable with. There was never any pressure to buy, but he always wanted me to feel comfortable and happy. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Ben, and there is a reason I came back. I will definitely see him in the future for my next purchase. Thanks Ben! More
