warranty work I was able to receive warranty work after having the after market parts on my truck for over a year. The after market bumpers had rusted out and were I was able to receive warranty work after having the after market parts on my truck for over a year. The after market bumpers had rusted out and were not eye appealing anymore. I was able to deal with Doug via phone and email as I live a significant distance from the dealership. He was able to schedule the tech who worked on my vehicle so I was the least inconvenienced. All in all, I was very happy! More
