New Truck As my wife and I walked into the dealership - the first person we saw was the customer service girl at the front of the showroom - with no hesitation As my wife and I walked into the dealership - the first person we saw was the customer service girl at the front of the showroom - with no hesitation she asked us if we needed help - at that point we were still in the looking mode and thanked her but wanted to look on our own for a bit. We have been to some showrooms with no contact with anyone - of course we left. As we were wandering through the show room we were also met by Dan - one of the salesmen. He also asked if we needed any help - at that time we had decided on a new truck and were now in need of more info on the units. We found out pretty fast that Dan knew his stuff - it was almost like he read us to a T - the units he showed were perfect for our needs. Once we had decided on the unit we liked the best - him and his sales assistant Jami - were very fast in coming up with a fair price with the options we liked. Both of them working on their computers while all along talking with us on everything from options to price to warranty - the full deal! very professional - very friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. Once the deal was struck - in our case - financing was needed. We saw Rick Correia - very friendly - very knowledgeable. Once again we had a good chat with Rick about everything that was involved with financing along with warranty and other options that were available to us. After making the final decisions the rest of the paperwork was fully explained and painless. Have to thank him again for that. On pickup of the new truck - Jami and Dan really took the time to explain all the options on the truck and how they worked. Its nice to have that kind of support when a person is getting something totally new. Now Dan even picked up on a small scratch/dent on the rear 1/4 panel that probably everyone else missed - this is being repaired in very short order - I missed that one too. They have made us feel that they are "on our side" and looking out for us and I actually think that maybe they are. I know with great service comes great loyalty - I am thinking maybe they have the same outlook :) So in short - My wife and I have a Great experience with Dan, Jami and Rick. They have made buying a new truck stress free. The only point above that I gave a less than 5 was the price - I think it was a very fair price - to me the only thing better that a fair price is Free - that would be my #5 Great - sorry lol So overall - Great - Thanks to the the team Murray More

Eben McCrea searched for the right vehicle for me. He took a lot of time to find a used 2013 Sierra. Since this was a used vehicle, I was amazed that he was willing to spend so much time with me when he could have been selling new trucks. Eben was friendly and personable.
