Mostly Satisfied Kelly Prior is the person that I dealt with, He was friendly, great with information and showing how to use features of the car. Only questionable thing to me was after paying the amount on the 2013 Impala I purchased, I still had to pay the amount of having my old car looked at (and decided it wasn't worth fixing hence buying the Impala.) I can see if I wasn't buying a car from this dealership but with the amount spent on my new car that was a bit disappointing. Other than that everything else was great. More

Professional and Friendly This is the second vehicle that I purchased from SMP and Patrick was the dealer that helped me both times. He is very professional, friendly and knowl This is the second vehicle that I purchased from SMP and Patrick was the dealer that helped me both times. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me all the new gadgets in my 2014 Malibu LTZ Turbo. He sent home with me a condensed version of the large handbook that comes with the car. This is extremely helpful to me. He came along with me to change over the plates to my new vehicle and that was a comfort because some questions came up at SGI and he was able to help out with that. Patrick has always followed up with phone calls since I purchased my last car in 2011. Again, since I bought this car a week ago, Patrick has emailed me to thank me for my purchase and to see if I need any help with anything pertaining to my nee car. He also phoned earlier this week to see if I had any questions about any of the new features in the car. I stopped by today and Patrick helped me to understand how a few things worked. Overall, the purchase was a great experience. I would strongly recommend Patrick if you are thinking of a new vehicle. He takes the time to go over all the features and if you still don't understand he will go over things with you again. More

I went into SMP last week to see, if all in possible, to trade off my vehicle which was currently in an early stages of my loan due to minor personal circumstances. Gord was very understanding about my situation and went through all the details about incentives, my trade in, etc. Kelly H gave his 100% (from my personal opinion!) in getting me approved for a new loan as well providing me words of wisdom (I like to call it word of advice!!). Finally, Kelly P. for providing me the knowledge of my new vehicle detail by detail (Not many dealerships does this sort of thing from my experience!!!) and was very helpful. Definitely would recommend anyone, including myself, to SMP!! More
