Stan/Alden listened to what I wanted and found it, both were respectful when I wanted some time to think & work the numbers myself, and both were very knowledgeable and capable of answering any questions I had (even questions that cropped up later!). Mike handled the financing end very efficiently, addressed all questions and provided thorough information on the coverages I wanted to consider. Additionally SMP has serviced my other vehicle (sportscar) since 2002 and have always found everyone that I have dealt with - from service to mechanical to sales - has given me such exceptional service and seems to go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. More

Oil Change I have been dealing with SMP for the last 2 years now to get my oil changed and will keep coming back for the rest of eternity mainly due to the outst I have been dealing with SMP for the last 2 years now to get my oil changed and will keep coming back for the rest of eternity mainly due to the outstanding service attendants who process incoming vehicles and the price, which is cheaper than Great Canadian Oil Change (who knew the dealership would cost less?.)
