Pretty Car, Great Price We went to SMP looking to replace our truck. Unfortunately we weren't able to get into the truck we wanted, but they were able to get us into our top We went to SMP looking to replace our truck. Unfortunately we weren't able to get into the truck we wanted, but they were able to get us into our top choice car and we got to keep our truck. Even without a trade-in or down payment we walked away with a great vehicle. The vehicle we chose was so new to SMP that they hadn't yet sent it for detailing. So, unfortunately, we weren't able to take the car that day. We signed all the paperwork and had everything squared away so we could simply pick up the car the next day. There was a fair amount of waiting around, but in the end it was worth it. We are very happy with our new car. Thank-you. More

My company vehicle is covered by FOSS/fleet and I know may not always be easy to deal with, but she takes care of everything for me, making my experience with SMP very hassle free!!! They got me in and at 9:30 am and fig out the problem ASAP I had to wait for a extra day for part to come out of Edmonton they drove me to and from where I need to go and soon as part arrived had it in shop and fixed with in a hour but if for some reason part didn't show up that day they were going to get me a rental car so I could get home to my to little boys best service I have ever had Thanks crystal u are amazing at your job More

Excellent and Immediate Service I had some issues with my 2013 Chevy Siverado. I work for a large construction company and am always on the go. This truck is my office on wheels and I had some issues with my 2013 Chevy Siverado. I work for a large construction company and am always on the go. This truck is my office on wheels and I need it to perform my duties. When the warning bells, lights and whistles started flashing, I was able to take it to SMP at 6:30 A:M the following morning. I was greeted by Nick Kinar and once again he assured me that they would get the truck fixed up for me ASAP. They took it in that morning, without prearranging an appointment, and I had it back by the end of the day. I have received this excellent service more than once from SMP's service department. I have been very impressed with the immediate service I have received. On all occasions, Nick has been very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I highly recommend their service department. More
