Glad to have my truck fixed I was having a serious problem with my SUV and I had tried getting it fixed at another dealership on three different occasions. Each time I was told t I was having a serious problem with my SUV and I had tried getting it fixed at another dealership on three different occasions. Each time I was told they couldn't find the problem, even though they acknowledged there was something wrong. They even had the gal to charge me on my third visit and give me lame guesses as to what the problem was, which weren't covered under warranty. The power train, on my truck, was under warranty but time was running out. I decided to take my truck to SMP and the good people there took the time to listen to me and didn't disregard all the information I presented to them. They had my truck for a few days and didn't stop until they fixed the problem and what do you know, it was in the power train. I can't thank the people who worked on my truck enough. This truck is the primary means of transportation for my family and we live in the country so having a reliable vehicle is very important and having it finally fixed has put me and my wife at ease again. More
