Awesome to deal with!! I was in need of a new car as mine was written off. So the short of it. She went and rolled up her sleeves and worked on my file for four days and in the end got me a prime rate and in the car I have wanted for a long time! She was patient, determined a most positive professional person to deal with. Anywhere else I would been told to go to a place like Drive nation and get approved at 19.9%. I'm walking out of SMP with a rate less than 7% and the car I wanted all to the credit of Dani! Thx for everything Dani!!! More

The also help after the car purchase to book service appointments, car settings and similar. Service people are very friendly and they are good communicators. The store manager gave me a great deal on extended warranty and finance people were very helpful. I wanted specific trim and color for our Traverse and the dealer in Prince Albert had one. Stan provided car and driver to transport me to PA dealer that is 100km away and told me if you do not like the car no worries no obligation. I thought that was great. Of course I bought the car and I visit SMP sometimes to visit with Stan and Alden. Great crew at SMP. More

Stan, Sales Manager had Ebay and Dean look for a car; deal with financing; Rebecca in the Service Dept surprized me when she came in and said Hello, saying she was happy for me. Everything was explained to me: Finances by Dean; Ebay went over the car's capabilities; Ebay even synched by phone with the bluetooth in the car. I was amazed at the service as I have to admit, I was in distress prior to giving a call to Stan about needing a new car. And thanks to everyone at SMP, and their excellent teamwork, they had me driving a brand new 2016 Malibou. Terrible services, no apology was offered by SMP I took my car to SMP because its check engine light was on. It was for thermostat, and the car had no other problem but the mechanic said break fluid, I took my car to SMP because its check engine light was on. It was for thermostat, and the car had no other problem but the mechanic said break fluid, engine oil, and power steering fluid must be changed and flushed. They charged me around $1000. One day later, the break fluid light went on, I had to cancel my appointment as I thought it's not safe to drive the car. I took my car back to the mechanic, he added some more break fluid in it and the light went off. He did not apologize for it at all. Now, after a week, I drove to Edmonton and here I am. The break fluid light is on again. I would never ever take my car to SMP again. I can't trust SMP. More
