2010 GMC ACADIA I was pleased this time with my service as I was charged only one-half hour of service to fix my problem (minor) on my SUV. My service advisor, Cryst I was pleased this time with my service as I was charged only one-half hour of service to fix my problem (minor) on my SUV. My service advisor, Crystal McEwan, explained the entire process in easy-to-understand language, and I was more than pleased with her explanation up-front of how the process works. I had a different advisor in the past, and all he has ever said to ALL questions was "I don't know", which was frustrating. This most recent visit has IMPROVED my impression of SMP and their associates! Thanks, Crystal! More

Great Service from the Body Shop I decided to use the SMP body shop for my glass replacement, and am I ever glad I did.
