excellent customer service! I got 2 front flats at the same time. Because I have a Cadillac (less than 2 years old and low km) I took it to Wheaton who could not help me. They told me my tire warranty did not cover the bead/seal leak because of damage to the tire. At that time they already had my car for 4 days and told me that I would have to wait another week for the tires to come in. (with no mode of transportation) On Monday I called around the city and found out that SMP had the tires I needed coming in on Tuesday (today) They called me on Tuesday morning - they got me in THE SAME DAY!! and had me out in about 2 hours!! Not only that my warranty covered the tires! Great job and thanks so much Rebecca Friessen - you are not only professional but a pleasure to deal with!! wish I didn't have to return to the cadillac dealership for warranty. More

Recalls Took a vehicle into the dealership for recall repair work, and to get some adjustments on some lights. Truck was in worse shape after the repairs, and was given a bill for $1500.00 warning. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again, nor will I ever take a vehicle in for service. A lot of unsolicited work took place, and this experience was very disappointing. This is the kind of experience I would expect from taking a truck into Canadian tire. More

We had to wait for a vehicle because just when we said we would take the show room one a sale sign went up so we had to order one from out of town the mud flaps were to be in the price of the vehicle but wasn't then told we could get them at cost then told 10 percent off then when we got the bill we were over charged by over three hundred dollars. Just felt a push to buy the truck and get us out of there. More
