Warrenty work I had some issues with smp initially with my 2015 traverse which I purchased from them( Kelly prior was amazing to deal with and found us the best dea I had some issues with smp initially with my 2015 traverse which I purchased from them( Kelly prior was amazing to deal with and found us the best deal on exactly what we wanted) After just over a year. My suv started to shimmy. I had brought the concern up... told it was looked at and was nothing more then dirt in my rims. The shimmy was still there ... took it in a second time ... was told the foremen took it for a test drive and found nothing .... this upset me as I am the sole driver of the vehicle and KNEW there was an issue. And simply driving it around the city wasn't going to fix the problem... Took the suv to another mechanic to have tires changed... only to find my tie rod was SEVERELY worn... We contacted the manager at smp... expressed our frustration with how the issue had been over looked and pushed aside. Booked the suv in to have the tie rod replaced with smp. This time around they gave me a MUCH BETTER service advisor to work with. Rebecca. Not only was she helpful, understanding, and willing to get to the bottom of the problem. She also made sure my suv was detailed and washed up before I returned to pick it up. Had she not been as amazing as she was. I honestly would have been done with smp. So she saved them losing our continued business. Thank you again for all you did to fix what others had really messed up ! More
