Great Customer Service SMP has fantastic customer service. There is no waiting around for someone to acknowledge you, if your scheduled service advisor is busy, more often than not another advisor will get you going. Keep up the great service SMP. Outstanding Customer Service! We purchased a vehicle from SMP when our lease was almost over. From the first moment we were there the employees treated us with nothing but respect We purchased a vehicle from SMP when our lease was almost over. From the first moment we were there the employees treated us with nothing but respect. Every detail of the sale was explained and Jami Allen ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We returned a few weeks later for questions about the vehicle and Rebecca Friesen was absolutely spectacular. She ensured the entire repair process was properly dealt with under the vehicle warranty and was an absolute delight to speak with. I have dealt with other dealerships and SMP was by far the most professional and attentive. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. I would not go anywhere else in Saskatoon!!! More
