Very frustrated I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told t I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told thay had many vehicles to choose from. And then was told the bank needed a $10,000.00 down payment even through we had a 2017 truck to trade in. Whole lot of we can do this and do that, but it was a whole lot of xxxx in the end . What a waste of time and money. More

New Malibu I went into the dealership interested in 2018 close outs on Malibus. I feel that the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade in, but I did feel a fair bit of pressure to make the purchase from the sales team and I ended up spending most of the day in the dealership. I am very impressed with SMP’s after purchase service! As part of my purchase the dealership agreed to set me up with a deal on alloy rims and winter tires. Steve took care of setting up everything and I got a beautiful set of rims and tires for cheaper than I could find anywhere else. I also had 3M paint protection done. There was a minor issue with the edge of one piece, but Steve and Mike made sure that this was taken care of when I went back for the winter tire install. I also found that the battery terminal cover was brkoen and Steve got me a new one right away. Thank you Steve for going over and above! More
