Sales Theatrics Galore This dealer loves to put on a show of theatrics with each car deal. Any answer that isn't "yes" will result in your salesman disappearing for 10 minu This dealer loves to put on a show of theatrics with each car deal. Any answer that isn't "yes" will result in your salesman disappearing for 10 minutes to collect another salesperson to play "good cop/bad cop" during the negotiations. It's time consuming, obnoxious, and nobody with an IQ of more than 5 falls for that. But alas, they had the car I wanted and I had to play ball. They really tout the "certified used" and their multi-point inspection on all used vehicles they bring onto the lot. Yet, they somehow missed the fact the back door only latched 20% of the time. No problem, as it was fixed under warranty but it was sure amusing to get berated for my "low offer" because their cars were so amazing. The finance guy pulled a fast one on me, I'm actually kind of impressed - Walked out with some sort of loan insurance that he said I would need to secure the loan. I'm usually not that gullible, so good on him! It was probably his cool hat that threw me off. Last, I dropped off a clean vehicle to have a second key cut and programmed for an entire day (didn't think it was that time consuming), and it came back dirty. You'd think some of that insurance commission could've paid for a car wash. That's just nit-picky of me, though. All in all, a completely average dealership, and I've dealt with just about every domestic car dealership in the city. More
