I like that he put together the costs and breakdown, it felt more authentic then some of the back and forth that happened at other dealerships. He was definitely professional and knowledgeable and just a good listener... when buying a car you want to know that the person isn't trying to sell you something but rather they are listening to help you find what you want/need.
