NO COMPASSION FOR THE DISABLED I leased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 from Roy Foss in Oct. 2017 suffered a catastrophic injury in August 2018 paralyzing me from the chest down to my feet. I approached Roy Foss to see if they would buy out the lease. After not returning phone calls, they finally agreed to take back the car for a $10,500 cost t for a 1 year old car with 18,000 km I made several calls to other dealers in the area and East Side Chevrolet at Woodbine and Highway #7 in Markham, stepped up on compassionate grounds, agreed to buy out the car for a $6500 cost saving me $4000 They did not know me nor had I ever given them any business. Bottom line Roy Foss did not care to help me. They were all smiles in leasing me the car but when in trouble they did't carecare More

Most amazing experience ever buying a car We came into this dealership not expecting much more than what we were acustomed to at other dealerships. We first Net with Marshall and least to say We came into this dealership not expecting much more than what we were acustomed to at other dealerships. We first Net with Marshall and least to say he made a very great first impression. He was very knowledgable about each and every car that we had questions about. We arranged for a test drive the following week but by the time We got there the vehicle that we wanted had already been sold. But that didn’t seem to be a problem for Marshall and Joey his sales manager. They were able locate another 2 vehicle into different colours that we were interested in. And then it happened. I got a call from Joey stating that the original vehicle that we wanted was once again available and that it was ours if we still wanted and of course we did. He provided us with a courtesy vehicle for a few days until our car was delivered. They went above and beyond any expectations that we had to get us exactly what we wanted. Thank you Marshall and Joey for all your hard work. We truly do appreciate it! More

Express Oil Change Was asked to come in at 7:30 am and service advisor did not show up till 7:40. service not up to par I made an appt to take my car in an oil change. I was told 45 min wait time which actually ended up being 1.5 hours. No apology given by staff.
