I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealer many years ago good service but Not the case this time! ( great service back then unfortunately the salesman passed away many years ago ) with my recent experience I booked a appointment to see a SUV unlike other dealers I did not get a assigned sales person upon arrival we were greeted and a young salesman was brought over to us he told us he's fairly new to that dealer we asked questions about this vehicle and another one and it seems he did not have any knowledge of the vehicles ( my guess is they just found any available sales person and had him try to take care of us ) That being said we test drove the SUV asked if there was any negotiation in price the sales manager told the salesman no , Nothing else was offered , No other vehicle options were presented ! We just walked away very disappointed!! Happy to say This did not happen with other dealers we visited we were given the sales persons name prior to the appointment and were greeted and taken care of right away.. ( we actually purchased from one of them !) to end this review I will never purchase from this dealer again!! oh btw i sent a complaint via the appointment email and not even a response - such terrible service once again regards Daniel More

I ordered a yukon in March 2022 and they took my deposit. The following day I asked if I could change the color of the order but was told it was too late as the order had been accepted by GM. Anyway, I followed up as the delivery date approached (was given a window of end of July to early Sept). Anyway, as july rolled around I had to break the lease on the car I had as I didnt want to carry two vehicle. That cost me $4K. Long story short, I couldnt get any answers on the delivery when July rolled around and had to get a manger on the phone. They told me that the car was never ordered and there were still a bunch of cars "ahead" of me. None of that had ever been explained and they flat out lied that the car was ordered. I have emails to prove it. The firsts solution was to sell me a used one with 30K KM for 10 grand more. After I filed a complaint with GM the manager called me and said he was able to order one more car and would let me skip the list that was ahead of me. He said it had a "couple" more options that what I wanted but the price difference wouldn't be big. Well the car was 25K more than the one I intended to order and the payments would have been 30% higher. Meanwhile, the manager, David, would constantly talk down to me and actually thought he was helping by trying to sell me a car that much more expensive. They would take no responsibility for lying about the order and I am out 4K. Roy Foss was the worst consumer experience I have ever had, period. More
I ordered a fully loaded Escalade on Jan 7, 2022 with a deposit, for an expected delivery in June of 2022. June has come and gone with no communication from the dealership. I am fully aware/understand the difficulty related to the build/assembly issues due to availability of parts. So saying, I have left three separate messages for the sale’s manager, Vince, without the courtesy of one return phone call. The lack of professionalism is shocking and dismaying. Any other dealership would be a better plan for an individual looking to purchase a Cadillac. Shame on Cadillac for not identifying dealers that do not properly reflect their brand. More
We dealt with Mike R. And Hass. Both were easy to deal with. We lived out of town, so we did the financing portion virtually. We were going to go the week before and Mike And Hass. Found something else we liked their pricing is very competitive. Once arriving there we were able to test drive and look over vehicle as we hadn’t yet seen it in person. Once we were satisfied we sat down the Mike finished the paperwork. We were very happy with process and the quality of the vehicle we got. More
Just got accused of buying and shipping cars by the dealership manager "Costa". The original sales guy was ok and no issues with him " Mohammad". Costa, Totaly unprofessional and just rude. If you are serious luxury car buyer do not go to these guys, im embarrassed for them... Just for refrence we wanted to buy two Cadillac escalade for the business. They assumed we were shippers to overseas... unbelievable Got my deposit back and told them to F off. More
I was going to use my extended warranty (titan) which was sold for $3000 to me and still valid but Luciano & Sal both the worst advisors refused and accused me for having accident which was absolutely xxxxx sold for $3000 to me and still valid but Luciano & Sal both the worst advisors refused and accused me for having accident which was absolutely xxxxxxxx. So ther charged me more than $200 for diagnosis + rental car. So disappointing. I will never go back to this stealership. More
Just purchased a used Enclave from them today. The sales and financing team were great to deal with. The car it perfect. Very stress free and smooth transaction. Terrible lack of professionalism shown by used car manager, Mike Ragusa. We were refused a test drive after spending two hours looking over a 2021 Cadillac XT4 and we’re told if we didn’t like the veh manager, Mike Ragusa. No other luxury brand dealership had that policy. We bought the same vehicle the next day at another dealership. I highly recommend Highland GM in Aurora… More
