It was confusing picking up my new vehicle. I did have an appointed time, but my salesperson wasn't available and no other salesperson had been assigned. I was misled and once realizing the additional cost, some of the warranties couldn't be cancelled. Unfortunately I was too trusting when I questioned things. Buyer beware. Not saying the warranties are good or bad but it's a real cost added your purchase. Be thoughtful before you get talked into anything. The person I had was a smooth talker but once everything was signed, not interested in helping to cancel anything. So, in total almost $4000 was added to my total purchase. More
