Had an issue with some service and spoke to the service manager Rob about it. Rob was very professional on the phone. Rob said he would look into it and do some due diligence regarding the issue and would manager Rob about it. Rob was very professional on the phone. He has never gotten back to me and it has been 3 weeks.I have left messages 2 weeks ago but still no call back. I have given up. Maybe someone will see this and call me back? More
