Not honest, no idea about safety mto requirements. Bought a car with tinted windows, picked up car no tint. Said they removed it for safety. Well only side windows directly to left and right of driver Bought a car with tinted windows, picked up car no tint. Said they removed it for safety. Well only side windows directly to left and right of driver need to be a certain percentage. Safetied a car with Hollywood mufflers on it, 3 days later I received a warning tag for incorrect mufflers… had to pay someone to install correct mufflers… dealership does not take any responsibility in working with me in correcting these issues as I live 3.5 hours away from them. Offered to send me 200 to get all the windows tinted on the car again… not sure where I can find someone around here to do it for 200, oh and still waiting for the check that was sent supposedly 10 days ago! Also asked for a few things on the sale like under oiling for winter… wouldn’t do it Also winter floor mats, was told it has factory mats, thinking it had factory winter…it did not only carpet. Salesperson lied when picking up car saying they retinted the back window as it had bubbles in it nope! Also left the trim off all the doors behind the door handles still missing one doors trim piece, no answer from dealership. More

Booked an oil change for 8. 45 am and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later to be told they were busy . We have jobs , our time is valuable, that’s ridiculous to take that amount of tim 45 am and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later to be told they were busy . Had oil changed and tires rotated. Was there for over two hours. Was driving for 15 minutes when my tire sensors came on saying low air pressure, called the service department and left Was there for over two hours. Was driving for 15 minutes when my tire sensors came on saying low air pressure, called the service department and left a message that was returned about 30 minutes later. Was told then that the sensor needed to be reset and someone would contact me the next day. It’s 12:30 in the afternoon and still no call back. More
