Excellent service especially by Mr. Dany Jirjis who was very organized and knew his stuff. He took the stress out of buying a car and gave excellent instructions. Pleasant also. We purchased a vehicle a few years ago and we were extremely happy with our service. This time however, multiple mistakes happened. First, we asked if money could be taken off the price and our sales extremely happy with our service. This time however, multiple mistakes happened. First, we asked if money could be taken off the price and our salesman made us wait almost 30 minutes while he asked the manager. We don't play games so we left. We decided to come back and give him another chance. We than purchased the vehicle and was told to come on the Tuesday at 5pm. They had to tint the windows and do the ownership. We showed up at 5pm but the sales guy was busy with another client. We were okay with that and decided to go sit in the lounge and wait because the lounge had more chairs. An hour later, I sent our son out to see what was happening. Kurt said he was wondering where we were and couldn't find us. We weren't hiding. We were literally sitting in the "waiting room". An hour of waiting, we than went to his desk to finish off the paperwork and get the ownership etc. We than went to get our new car and yay...another screw up....the windows weren't tinted. They forgot to tint the windows. We filled the paperwork out and I did the paperwork with your finance guy on the Frday. We had to wait to pick up the car till Tuesday so they could tint the windows. We than had to wait till the next day to pick it up so it could get tinted. We got home that Tuesday to realize that we had the Ford licence plate covers on our plates and my personal cover from my work was missing. I work at Hotel Dieu grace hospital and I had my healthcare worker hospital licence plate cover on my plates. Kurt through them out. He didn't even ask. He took my plates off my personal cover, threw it in the garbage and than put the Ford ones on. And just the other day, I went online to renew my licence plate and the ownership was done wrong. He was supposed to change my personal licence plates from my old car to my new car which meant, getting the person at Service ontario to fix both ownerships. We also have a Toyota Rav 4. He was supposed to change the ownership from the Toyota and my personal plates to the Edge and than the plates from the car we traded in, those plates to be put on the ownership of the Rav. Anyways, this wasn't done so we now have to pay the licence fee and do it ourselves and didn't realize so we are driving 2 cars with the same licence plate on the ownerships. And we also had issues with the finance guy. We decided to pay for a maintenance plan and was told we'd get the plan for $2500 which is usually for 2 years but he'd give us the same plan for that price but for 3 years. We said yes, I signed on the dotted line to than find out that it's for 3 years but only 40,000 kms. 3 years or 40,000 kms. I wasn't told anything about kms. I called him the next day to complain and he said I told him that we drive 10,000 km a year. I didn't say that. We drive closer to 20,000 a year. After all this, we get an email from Kurt asking us to give him an A+ rating for our service. He knew of all the mistakes. The making us wait. Forgetting to tint our windows. Throwing out my personal plate covers. Not A+ service. If you make mistakes and no one says anything and you keep getting A+ reviews, you'll never learn from your mistakes. Kurt was apologetic and he did admit to his mistakes which we did appreciate but the mistakes still happened. More
