I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted at the bag door.i drove in and was promptly taken care of. The service person told me the car would be ready in an hour and the cost. The dealership and its staff were professional, and courteous. They gave me a timely update as to the repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. I gave 3 stars because I brought my car in for a recall r courteous. They gave me a timely update as to the repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. I gave 3 stars because I brought my car in for a recall repair for the second time which wasn’t able to be completed as the parts were again not available. Very disappointed, but the dealership was very supportive of my situation and even dropped off my car to my home once my appointment concluded. More
