Had a recall on my truck, went in for service and didn't get it back on time. Had to pay for my own car rental on an issue that I had no control over. I also had to find my own way to car rental place from get it back on time. Had to pay for my own car rental on an issue that I had no control over. I also had to find my own way to car rental place from the dealership... what kind of customer service is that! I get unforseeable circumstances beyond their control, however, that's when the customer service should step up and make things right. Missed opportunity to go above and beyond.... really too bad! I was at the place for “Oil changing & tire rotation” (regular maintenance)… I paid $159.94 and after got in my car n for awhile noticed it shows the oil life %6 (!) Want to ask kindly “you guys chang (regular maintenance)… I paid $159.94 and after got in my car n for awhile noticed it shows the oil life %6 (!) Want to ask kindly “you guys changing many cars’ oil and doing maintenances per day”, most probably you should do all the regular things %99 properly and this is not a heavy or extremely hard work and now, how can I be sure abt “you changed the oil and did everything properly” ?!?! And how can I trust that place ??? xxxx! More
