Kayne met me, answered my questions and escorted me to the waiting area. When the job was complete she apologized for the delay (which I frankly hadn't even noticed.) While waiting, Anthony Neri came in for a coffee for himself and asked each person in the waiting area if he or she would like a coffee, water, etc. Having driven my car for a few months I am convinced that Shane did a great job in matching the vehicle to my needs.
