I tried to buy some accessories for my car from them. after the discount i was getting for buying this car there i walked into my local dealer and still bought the parts cheaper. He also came in on his day off, a Sunday, for me because I wasn't able to make it in on any weekdays, which was very much appreciated. He explained the car in great detail to us and made sure we didn't leave until we were fully informed about everything! He made sure everything was done properly and we knew exactly what we needed to do and there was no confusion. The sale seemed personal as well as business and like Ludwig truly cared that I was gonna get the best out of my purchase. I wanted to purchase a vehicle but had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted. I went into the dealership looking for possibly a used vehicle. Andy was there to help! He invited me into his office and described some great deals on the lot for brand new vehicles. I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase a brand new car. He showed me the fantastic program the dealership uses to calculate the vehicle prices. I immediately was caught. He along with the rest of the amazing staff such as Brian in finance worked with me over a period of one week, as I was on such a tight schedule and needed the deal to be done quick, and they made sure it happened. The atmosphere was wonderful and I loved how everyone was very polite and truly wanted to see you driving away happy with your new vehicle. They were very understanding of my position with needing everything done very quick and worked as fast as they could to have everything wrapped up before I had to leave town. I will go to Andy for any new vehicles or issues in the future. He was awesome. Didn't push me into anything I didn't feel comfortable with and as a young student not having dealt with something to this scale as purchasing a new car, I needed to be fully comfortable with the price and quality of the purchase and Andy completely accepted that. Right from the start Todd was was both informative about the vehicle I was interested in and had the truck ready for a test drive when I arrived. Our Finance Dept. assistant, Brian Rolheiser, seemed to go that extra mile in finding us a creditor and offered what we felt was a fair price on the Extended Warranty. When I picked up the vehicle Todd made himself available to answer any questions regarding the workings of 'bells & whistles', had the truck clean and warmed up. Shortly after the purchase there was an issue with some necessary servicing of the vehicle and Allan Demers, the Used Vehicle Manager, not only had the servicing done for us free of charge but also provided a courtesy vehicle.
