When we came to Ron Hodgson we weren't really sure what we were looking for and Thomas Nordin came to our assistance. Thomas wasn't there when we picked up the vehicle which we wished he could have been, but Bob Warren helped us that day and I must say we were as well thoroughly impressed with Bob's honest approach with us purchasing our new vehicle. If we could add as something for the future maybe having the person being present upon pick up, being more aware of the many features that our new vehicle has would have been a benefit. We understand that the new vehicles have many new features but it would have been very helpful to have everything explained rather than at one point saying to go to this page and follow the instructions on a certain item as he wasn't sure about this feature. We also had asked not to have the advertisement on the vehicle which we were told that we wouldn't have it on upon pickup, but unfortunately we do have that on, so now have to come back in and have it taken off on our own time hoping it doesn't damage our brand new vehicle now. Overall, our experience was a good one with the wonderfully patient and honest people working there. More

Upon arriving, I was so happy that almost everybody knew who we were, greeted us with welcome arms, and ready to help us with anything we needed. I met Bob, hoping I would be able to walk off the lot with a Equinox, but he convinced me it was not realistic.BUT that there were alternatives to make me happy. After much thought, he decided to show me 2 vehicles. explaining to me the pros and cons of each, and actually giving me examples of many people who owned both cars of why they did and did not like them. It really helped me choose which car I would love. With-in two days, i drove off the lot, with my new first car, and happier than ever. I had been getting information and pricing on Sierras from other dealerships prior to this and knew pretty well which options I wanted and what I wanted to spend. James Achty replied very promptly to my request and over many emails back and forth found this salesman very helpful and patient with my questions. He emailed me the build sheet for this truck so I could be sure of the options and then worked with me through more emails to find a price that I I felt was very fair in my opinion. And I hadn’t even talked on the phone or personally meet him at this point. James arranged a thorough test drive for me and it was only then I actually met him. Working with James was a pleasure as he is very knowledgeable and made every effort to answer all my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate at all referring him to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle from him and from the Ron Hodgsons dealership.
