I told Ludwig what i was looking for and although he didn't have exactly what I wanted, he was respectful and honest. He took my name and number down and said he would find it. Sure enough he did in a very quick manner without any pressure. The finance staff and Ludwig made it easy to afford the truck I wanted. After everything was done the service kept coming Ludwig walked me through the shop and introduced me to the other employees taking his time making me feel welcome. He also told me some stories about Ron Hodgson himself and the generosity he has given to others in the community which made me feel that buying through them was the right choice. Of course after walking out the door the service did not end he phoned me a few days after to check up how the truck was and if there was any problems. Fortunately the truck is great and could not be happier, but its a good feeling knowing that if something happens the staff at Ron Hodgson will be there more than happy to help. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Ludwig, he made the buying experience as easy as possible. More

I first met Dean when I took a walk away from another nearby car dealership because I was too annoyed to stay. Dean saw me sitting on the rocks outside the old Ron Hodgson location, and came over and talked. As I was talking, I mentioned the difficulties I had with the other car dealer, and that my wife and I were hoping someday to own a hybrid. I was so impressed by Dean's friendliness and knowledge that I gave him my number so that he could let us know if he had anything interesting. I did not plan to buy anything at the time, and Dean knew that. Dean invited us out to test drive a Smart Car, and we decided that we were not interested. There was absolutely no pressure from Dean. He said that he just wanted to make sure we wound up happy, because he wants to establish a business relationship, rather than a one-off sale. Much later, Dean gave us a call because Ron Hodgson had just gotten a Kia Optima Hybrid on an estate sale. He wanted us to come in immediately because he knew it was just what we had been looking for -- we fell in love with the car, and did a trade-in right away. Dean has been amazingly supportive throughout the whole process, and it seems as if he is going to be supportive as we go forward. I would recommend Dean and his colleagues to anyone looking for the right car -- if you let him know what you want, you will not regret it! More
