My experience at Ron Hodges I felt comfortable at the dealership. They went out of their way to make me happy about this vechiel I was buying. Hugh the fantastic! after going to four other dealerships (with two toddlers in tow) we dealt with every kind of "typical" salesman you could think of. We were ignored, i after going to four other dealerships (with two toddlers in tow) we dealt with every kind of "typical" salesman you could think of. We were ignored, insulted, rushed, and blatantly lied to and felt as though our weekends were being wasted. We knew what kind of vehicle we wanted and the price range. After yet another online search Ron Hodgson finally had what we were looking for. They actually had 4 to choose from! Feeling like a kid in the candy store we loaded up the kids (who were sick and tired of looking at cars) and drove over. Once on the used car lot we were greeted by Hugh with a warm smile and easy going-ness. We went through all the same initial conversations we had with the other salesmen only to find a more personal and friendly approach. We received a fair price for our trade-in (thanks Al) and was given space and time to discuss the finalization of the new purchase. We decided on a specific vehicle and Hugh was there helping every step of the way. We were not rushed, pressured or intimidated at all. Mike in finance worked his magic and managed to get us an unthinkable interest rate. He also was great at explaining all finance terms in a language we could understand. We picked up the vehicle two days later and have been nothing but happy. There was a slight issue with another company that was hired to install the remote starter, and Hugh was at the ready to help. We were able to call Mike and Hugh anytime with questions and they always got back to us within an hour or so. All in all we were blessed to have Hugh walk up to us that day. He clearly isnt just there to sell cars and hit a quota, but to make connections and have you feel like part of the family. Unexpected buy I had only recently started to think about upgrading my truck. I was looking for a lightly used DODGE because I have had great luck with them in the past. I had been combing used car lots over the city kicking tires looking for a deal. I work in outside industrial sales and I have certain expectations out of a sales person and dealership when I am buying something. I ended up at Ron Hodgson just to see if they had a traded in Dodge. Hugh Halabi greeted me warmly in the yard, and we had a great chat. Hugh did a great job finding out what I wanted and how i was going to use the truck. He pointed me to a 2012 GMC Sierra. We took it for a test drive and batted things back and forth for a couple days. We were finally able to reach an agreement. and i have been very happy with the truck ever since. The whole experience was enjoyable from the sales to the management and finance. I would certainly recomend this dealership and Hugh himself. More
