Nithin made sure we were happy and on numerous occasions, invited us to call him if we had any issues at all. The extended test drive (overnight) and full tank of gas(!) was so nice. It confirmed our confidence that this was the right car for us. Also he toured us through the service area and explained each step in the process of servicing the car in the future. So Happy! Our family of 6 recently began the search for a bigger vehicle. To fit our lifestyle and needs we wanted a Yukon XL or Suburban. On Wednesday night I saw one at Ron Hodgson's and made the call. Coach sent me all the info and it was exactly what we were looking for. We were going to Edmonton for the weekend, and before we even walked on the lot, he had us pre approved and the car detailed so if we liked what we saw we could take it home that day! The experience on the lot was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and we felt like part of the team, not just another sale. I don't anticipate needing a new vehicle anytime soon, but when I do, we will definitely be going back to Ron Hodgson's :) More
