It was quite refreshing to be able to walk around and look at vehicles without feeling like I was being looked at like just another quick sale. Wowed again I wanted to trade my 2011 Yukon for a Terrain. Nithin was my salesman and he was very helpful. Adam was one of the most energetic and positive people I have met and he relayed stories to me that made me feel even better about my Terrain. Both Adam and Nicole informed me of options such as extended warranty and undercoating etc. When I declined I did not feel pressured or that I made the wrong decision in any way. ( that rarely happens these days) NIthin ensured the vehicle I purchased was cleaned , fuel topped up and even went on a test drive when I picked it up to ensure it was running well.
