Expected to pay for their problem Took vehicle in to be repainted after leasing it for 9 months because of rust, they sent me to get a rental vehicle and expected me to pay for the ins Took vehicle in to be repainted after leasing it for 9 months because of rust, they sent me to get a rental vehicle and expected me to pay for the insurance from the rental company. I was not offered compensation nor would the dealer pay for the insurance. Steer clear of Ron Hodgson service. Spoke with the assistant service manager and he did not seem to care nor offer any apology or compensation. More

Not a simple pre-owned purchase.. but over all okay. Purchased a pre-owned car. They disclosed that the tires were worn and there was a "clunk" in the rear suspension. I opted to get it fixed and added i Purchased a pre-owned car. They disclosed that the tires were worn and there was a "clunk" in the rear suspension. I opted to get it fixed and added it to the cost of the car. After I got home, I realized that there was an exhaust leak on the inspection that didn't pass. I had to take it back and they fixed it. Note: the oil life read 36% so it needed a fresh oil change. I had specifically asked about the oil and it was brushed off. There is still a clunk in the rear suspension. A few days later I had a check engine light, took it back and turned out it needed a new thermostat. They fixed that at no charge. They said they also topped u the coolant however a couple days later my car displayed "low coolant" and I had to top it up. Which means the technician didn't take the time to properly fill it and take the bubbles out... I had to return to this dealership 3 times. The service was good but the mechanics definitely did not want to see the car in there again. Each time I left I had more and more doubts that everything was REALLY taken care of, which didn't leave me with a good sense of security. Yvonne was very nice and took care of all my concerns. More
