Each of their personalities made us feel like friends and not customers. They were completely professional, upfront and no BS. They bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy with our sale. Travis went above and beyond answering my questions even while away from work on his lunch break, he was very very down to earth and I never once felt pressured. He was also very knowledgeable of his product and took the time to educate me on various features/options available. When we went to pay and sign we met Ludwig who had just returned from a golf tournament to raise money for a charity that Ron Hodgson supports- he was also fantastic! Super down to earth, we had also gone golfing that day (though Ludwig scoring a 63 put us to shame!lol) ...but right away it felt like we were having coffee with friends and the whole experience was a lot of fun! We love our new vehicle... It's a perfect fit for our family, we feel like we paid a very fair price and we received SUPER treatment. Thankyou Travis and Ludwig!!:) :) :) More

Excellence Assistant Service Manager We had been battling with the service department over an engine light on my Cadillac for two years! It went in for a tune up and came out running rou We had been battling with the service department over an engine light on my Cadillac for two years! It went in for a tune up and came out running rough with an engine light on. Which was annoying not being able to clear up the issue or use the remote start. We had all but given up after 8 visits. Then we heard that Ian Woodger was now working at Ron Hodgsons, so once again we took it back in and Ian dealt with the issue, He recommended us taking it to Edmonton Motors and the car was fixed in one day. Ian took his time to explain that the Cadillac Engine is different and needed a Cadillac shop to work on it. We had the timing chains fixed and it was all covered even though the extended warranty had expired over the two years of it not being fixed. That is great customer service! I would definitely recommend you talk to Ian if you bring your vehicle in for service, he is on the ball and very honest and efficient! More
