Forgotten, invisible, pawned off and shuffled out I arrived to a frustrated and lost oil change clerk, doing his best at being new. I was forgotten by him after he went home and left in the waiting ro I arrived to a frustrated and lost oil change clerk, doing his best at being new. I was forgotten by him after he went home and left in the waiting room. I found my truck by myself, finished and waiting in the parking lot. I was pawned off and dismissed by the woman at the payment desk who had my keys but did not attempt to help me without paperwork. I paced in front of the oil desk for 10 minutes before a very helpful shuttle car driver gentleman finally approached me, found my paperwork and gave me to a helpful greybeard oil change technician. The service staff buzzed around me like flies but not one of them made eye contact or initiated me in any way. After realizing her error the payment staff accepted my money with a smile and i was on my way an hour and a half after arriving. More
