THIRD TIME This is my third new car and each time the experience gets better. The difference this time was David's extreme friendliness, comprehensive knowledge This is my third new car and each time the experience gets better. The difference this time was David's extreme friendliness, comprehensive knowledge to any questions I asked and a perceived honesty and sincerity - all qualities I value as pertinent. How can one purchase a car and make a 7/8 year commitment unless there is trust? Even when doubts did crop up, he was able to dispel them. This is my kind of salesperson and I hope he remains until I purchase my next car. One new problem was lack of a written disclosure of all the options discussed. I think a copy of all the details and options discussed should be provided so the customer can peruse it while at home or in a relaxed atmosphere. Very difficult to remember and assimilate everything in the excitement and passion of the moment. But here again David was extremely helpful and reassuring. Thanks David and love my 2014 Tucson. More
