This was the first time my car was out at the scheduled time .. and, they did a bit more work than scheduled. I'm impressed. Perhaps it's been bad timing on my part, and I've only had my car for one year, but historically my car has not gone up on the hoist one hour after I've arrived. This does not impress me. We all make appointments for a reason, and waiting is not one of them. That said, Saturday was great. Each time I've been there, the staff have always been pleasant and helpful. It was just the scheduling that I didn't like. More

Fantastic service , friendly staff I bought a 2016 Genesis coupe 2 months ago, and I was in the dealer picking up some Touch up paint when I realized there was another Genesis coupe in I bought a 2016 Genesis coupe 2 months ago, and I was in the dealer picking up some Touch up paint when I realized there was another Genesis coupe in the showroom And it had a license plate holder in the front bumper. Mine was missing. Never came with vehicle. I was offered a plate holder immediately with speedy and friendly service.
