Lease of a new Elantra I had a previous lease with RH Hyundai that was ending this year. Negotiated a new lease with Hafiz and he was quite helpful and understanding of our I had a previous lease with RH Hyundai that was ending this year. Negotiated a new lease with Hafiz and he was quite helpful and understanding of our needs and concerns. He ensured all was ready for our new Elantra and assisted in making sure our previous lease was taken care of as well. Also it was during a major sales event so despite the volume of customers Hafiz kept a professional attitude the entire time. Also dealt with Chris Connor. While there was some small snag with the grounding of the original leased car it was taken care of without issue and his attention to our concerns was also appreciated. More

They helped me get into a brand new 2017 Elantra as my previous car was involved in an accident. No more than a week until everything was finalized and I was in my new car! Outstanding People + Outstanding Dealership Not knowing anything about vehicles (and being a woman), I was apprehensive about going to a dealership, however, my Mom bought her car her and spoke Not knowing anything about vehicles (and being a woman), I was apprehensive about going to a dealership, however, my Mom bought her car her and spoke highly of them. I am so impressed with this dealership! Specifically, Hafiz, Anthony and Tatiana. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly - it was wonderful to deal with people so great at their jobs. Hafiz and Anthony answered all of my questions and told me things I hadn't thought of. They were never pushy, on the contrary, they were very helpful and understood my hesitation at making a significant purchase and in no way rushed me. I looked at all the models on the floor, asked questions about all of them and was never "pushed" toward any given vehicle. I felt comfortable and never doubted for one moment that they had my best interests in mind. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are doing financing - ask to see Tatiana. She did a great job of helping me understand the implications of the financing options that were available and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though, geographically, this isn't the most convenient dealership for me to go to, I will be buying all of my vehicles here future forward. Defining Great Customer Service I had an technical issue with my new Santa Fe and had left a couple messages for the GM and Customer Service Manager at the dealer where I bought the I had an technical issue with my new Santa Fe and had left a couple messages for the GM and Customer Service Manager at the dealer where I bought the vehicle. I never heard back. As an owner of a business, I find it astonishing that customer service is often an after thought. Then I called Richmond Hill Hyundai and Scott Jarvis delivered on his promise. Scott and his team, right down to the service consultant (Reem?) and the mechanic worked hard to take care the customer. Thank you, Cyrus More
Do Not Step in This Dealership!!!! I have received a better service at Dollar store than this dealer ship. Playing nice while purchasing and once you sign, they don't even let you think I have received a better service at Dollar store than this dealer ship. Playing nice while purchasing and once you sign, they don't even let you think about what color you want, forcing you to get the color they only have in their inventory to finish the sale and move on to the next customer. Next is financing, which they dragged us at 10pm from Toronto to Richmond Hill to sign the documents because it was month end and we would have lost the deal, as if they could have not called us earlier in the day. When it comes to picking up the car, it took 3 days for them to email/fax the documents to insurance because their fax machine was broken. Even my insurance representative was shocked with their processes. They would not even answer any phone calls, voice mail or text messages. Finally after driving back and forth 3 days in a row, it was time to pick up the car. I go to the manager to ask for Head Office phone number and he says he doesn't know the phone number!!!!! nor would he provide his name(Chris Connor). So I walk out extremely furious and upset, when he runs out begging to explain to him what has happened, even though I had soooo many phone calls with him that day, loosing time off my work, requesting him to send the documents to my insurance, because my salesman just did not give a xxxx. When I refused to explain to him what had happened all over again he started screaming at me in the parking lot calling me a difficult woman. I am just outraged but their behavior and will never step in that dealership nor buy from Hyundai again. Hyundai Canada should have more supervision of what is happening in its dealerships ruining its reputation. More
Excellent service! I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Hafiz last week. After walking into six dealerships, I've decided to make the purchase from Hafiz. Why? I walk I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Hafiz last week. After walking into six dealerships, I've decided to make the purchase from Hafiz. Why? I walked in not intending to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but to get a quote. Despite telling Hafiz that I would like to find out the price first, Hafiz encouraged me to go for a test drive (which goes longer than the normal route - he told me I can go wherever I want and take as much time I want). He then made me a nice cup of hot chocolate and provided me a lot of details about the car, up to the colour of the seats. He took me around the parking lot to look at different cars, the colours, and even showed me his own car. It was past closing time and I decided to schedule another appointment with him. As I often work late, Hafiz was willing to stay quite late. I met him at 8:30pm and it took 2-3 hours to finalize the transaction. He was there all this time. I got 2 cups of hot chocolate. Not only did I get a great price on the vehicle, but also great service! This and another dealership offered me the same price for the vehicle. I decided to go here because of the service..and the hot chocolate! =) Out of the 6 dealership, he was the only one who offered me hot chocolate. I only had the vehicle for 4 days, and drove 4 people (the 4 are independent from each other). Each of them independently told me it's a great car, and was surprised about the new Hyundai design for the Elantra. One of them even went on to promote my Hyundai Elantra! If you're looking for a new car, or even if you just want a chat about cars or go for a ride, I trust that Hafiz will offer you good service. That's proven by the number of customers he has. On the day of pickup, there were at least 3 other people picking up a vehicle from Hafiz. More

Repaired the air conditioning mildew issue in my 2011 Elantra at a VERY good price compared to all other Hyundai dealerships. Highly recommended to visit this dealership! More
