The dealership has an upfront competitive sticker price which avoids the dreaded going back and forward between sales staff and the manager haggling that we all hate and instead stick with a fair advertised price for all. What a breath of fresh air ! Made the whole experience sooooo much better. Hafiz is very patient, knowledgeable and professional as decided to test drove 2 cars before settling on a LTD Santa Fe.. When I arrived to pick up the car Hafiz surpassed any other sales experience I have had before and spent as much time as I needed to become comfortable with the many great features this car has to offer. I left the dealership full satisfied with my purchase and would without hesitation refer Richmond Hill and Hafiz to any of my friends. More

We weren't 100% sure exactly what model we wanted but David took the time to go through the different models and options we could get within our budget. Not only was he very professional he was funny too, he truly made our experience an awesome one. Once we made our decision on what we wanted, Marc worked hard to ensure we got exactly that. Marc too was amazing to work with, providing us with a clear picture of our options. Finally, we went to see Tatyana for financing. She was very detailed and provided a lot of information to complete our purchase. Between my husband and I we have purchased quite a few vehicles and we can honestly say that this was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car.
