Used car purchase Found a used vehicle at Richmond Hill Hyundai that I was interested in, it was a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0. I called the dealership and spoke with salesman David Townend, he was very helpful right off the bat, he sent me additional pics of the vehicle and we made plans for a test drive the following Saturday, unfortunately something came up so I sent David a text asking if it would be possible to come in on Friday instead. David said that he wasn't in on Friday but would re-arrange his schedule and come in on friday to meet me, I really appreciated that and met him on the Friday as planned and I'm happy to say I am now the proud owner of an amazing vehicle, thanks David, it was a pleasure doing business with you! He gave us the information needed to make our decision with our new Tucson .This was a totally different from the last time we purchased a SUV from Suzuki . We had more follow up from Richmond Hill and our great sales person Brek "Island Boy" Bailey in one week then we has from our Suzuki dealership in one year . It's a friendly environment and makes me feel welcomed every time I walk in. I like their smart casual dress code too - it's less intimidating than seeing car sales in suits! Sam is very specific when answering my questions and is willing to share his own experience or thought if asked. He's explained the promotion, the financing terms and my options to me clearly. When it came to the bargain of the final price, I had expected it to be hard by the nature. However, Sam's manager, Marc, and Sam have done what they could (I believe) to match my ask close enough. There's no drama. On the pick up day, i have received the good customer service from Sam again as he walked me through some basics, etc. He's a person with integrity and a down-to-earth personality that you can't help but put your trust in him when you deal with car purchases with him and his team. I recommend the RH Hyundai dealership. More
