Spent $1700 on winter tires. Brought car in at 10 am. Promised at 3 pm. Called at 2:45 pm. Car still in queue. Finally got car at 5 pm. Summer tires wrapped but all wet and Brought car in at 10 am. Promised at 3 pm. Called at 2:45 pm. Car still in queue. Finally got car at 5 pm. Summer tires wrapped but all wet and dirty inside and now frozen in wet wrap. You would think being in shop all day they would be dry. What do I do now. I need to unwrap them and let dry out so they don’t get all rusty. I’m not able to do that. I have movers coming to transport my belongings next week and they won’t take wet items in the moving van. You need to fix this for me. And I can’t bring them back. I paid someone to pick them up for me, I need them dry for moving and also to be sure they don’t rust in a wet dirty bag until spring. Please help me. Carolyn Lang More
