The drop off and getting the vehicle fixed were excellent. The pick up when the vehicle was ready took well over an hour. And then, the pick up driver had the wrong address and drove by my house to the next block. I had just gotten off a night shift, so they allowed me to sleep and preset up a shuttle for me at 1630. They arrived on time to pick me up, and I’m pretty sure they washed my car. 10/10 service!
