Matt in the service department is amazing. He contacted me monthly to keep me informed on the status of the the wait for the missing parts. We waited 10 months for the initial parts, which were defective and then an additional 6 months for the replacement parts. We are not happy with how long Acura took in getting the parts to us for this repair and Acura's lack of care for a customer waiting. More
