Dec. 5 2018 visit I called the main number and asked to speak to Service Advisor who said he could take me at 15:00hrs for an oil change. Overall took 1-1/2 hr. due to previous appointment extended more work. Overall I talked with numerous staff members as it was a good atmosphere since I hadn't seen any of them for quite some time. I was made aware of some promo products which I took advantage of. When my truck was ready, I was informed of a headlight bulb issue which at my request was left out so I could get an 'after market' replacement. My invoice was explained and I paid. I always confirm the oil level personally after an oil change which was right on the mark. Excellent experience. Thank you Red Deer Toyota for the extra touch. More
