I just brought home my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I saw it online last night, sent the dealership a text and Amy responded to it this morning at 8am before she was even at work!! From going to the dealership at 9:20 to signing the papers on my new truck at 2:15, the whole process was so quick and painless. I am SO happy with my 'new' truck!!! And I am so happy with the service that Amy in sales and Corey in finance did!! They got me the truck I wanted at a payment plan I could afford, and they made it so easy! I can't thank them enough for the friendly, professional, and personable service I received today! More
In September 2023, with the knowledge and helpfulness of Bernie York we ordered a 2024 Camry. In February Bernie called to inform us that Toyota was no longer building the 2024 model as retooling plant to b Bernie York we ordered a 2024 Camry. In February Bernie called to inform us that Toyota was no longer building the 2024 model as retooling plant to build the new 2025 model. Bernie was awsome and with all the information he gave us we decided to order the new 2025 Camry. For the next several months both Bernie and Ryan (sales manager) kept us informed about any information and updates from Toyota. Bernie was fantastic to work with, unfortunately he had to take a leave prior to the arrival of our Camry. He referred us to Genero Tabbu who helped us with all the final steps in preparation for the arrival and purchase of our Camry. Once the Camry arrived we spoke to Justin in finance who was very knowledgeable about warranties and pros and cons. We found him honest and straight forward, he did not pressure us at all in the decisions we made that we felt would be best for us. The final step in taking possession of our new Camry was Genero showing us all the bells and whistles in it and helping us understand the technology in the new Camry. We were very impressed with all the knowledge Genero had especially considering it was a new model and was one of first to arrive. We really appreciated Generos’ knowledge and patience in teaching us what we needed to know about our Camry. Thanks Genero!! Our only complaint we’d have, is that when looking closely at the car once home we’ve noticed that whomever installed the 3M on the bumper that we ordered must have had dirty hands. The clear 3M has dirty fingerprints under the 3M on the end and is noticeable on our pearl white car☹️. As for the car itself our 2025 Camry is stunning to look at and drives like a dream. So far we love it and are grateful that it worked out that the 2024 couldn’t be built and we decided to order the 2025😃 Everyone we’ve dealt with at Red Deer Toyota thus far have been helpful, knowledgeable and we are very pleased. More
I previously had 5 star to the place but our past few service experiences at the location has not been great. Also feels like the management do not really care about the issues their customers are having service experiences at the location has not been great. Also feels like the management do not really care about the issues their customers are having. They have lost my future business for sure. Very very disappointed!! More
We were forced to have a recall done on a perfectly working door in 2021. Fast forward to March 2024 and the part they replaced is broken. Red Deer Toyota brushed referred us to Toyota Canada who said working door in 2021. Fast forward to March 2024 and the part they replaced is broken. Red Deer Toyota brushed referred us to Toyota Canada who said they won’t cover the claim because it’s no longer under warranty. I definitely won’t have Red Deer Toyota replace it again so they can ding me $400 for shotty work in two years time. Run Run away! Once you own the car or give in and do the recalls they don’t give a toss about customer service. More
My last 4 service appointments have left me disappointed they are quick to hand you the bill. I like my Toyota but the service is a too bad and so sad attituded. my recommendation would be if you can get y they are quick to hand you the bill. I returned to this dealership 12 years after I had a regrettable experience buying a used car. I can't abide being lied to; "We recommend nitrogen in your tires." I declined, but they insisted it would pay for itself within 3 months. Such a grift. But I believe in second chances, so I returned to buy a new car. I got no consideration for paying cash, not having a trade, and they charged me at least double for the types of accessories I could have purchased elsewhere. The manager insisted I give them 5 stars. They certainly didn't earn that rating from me. My advice is to avoid these people. More

Title: Disappointing Service Experience I recently had my vehicle serviced at Red Deer Toyota's service station, and I must say that I was disappointed with the overall experience. I went in for a routine service at 7.30 am, 13th October expecting a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the lack of communication. I repeatedly called for updates throughout the day, but I received vague or no responses. This lack of transparency and communication left me feeling frustrated and in the dark about the status of my vehicle. Moreover, the invoice I received mentioned a complimentary car wash that I never received. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered was particularly frustrating. While I understand that service stations can be busy, I believe that transparency and communication should be a fundamental part of the customer experience. The lack of these essential elements made my visit to Red Deer Toyota's service station a frustrating one. The receptionist at the customer service having seen the trauma i went through promised to put my complains through to the GM and she's sure the GM would contact me. Its about 3 weeks now and no one has said anything. Maybe a leadership question. I hope that my feedback can help the service station improve in the future and provide a better experience for their customers. It's essential for businesses to be honest and transparent in their interactions with customers, and I hope my review can contribute to this goal. More
